Your journey begins by filling out our quick, five-minute online application. Here, you will detail your health and pregnancy history and complete a simple series of preliminary questions so we can get to know you.

2. Meet Your Mentor

Once approved, we’ll schedule a one-on-one session with your very own Surrogacy Mentor to answer any questions, understand your preferences, and develop a profile that details all of your unique needs and special requests for a fruitful surrogacy journey.

  • No. Our guidance and matching services are completely free to surrogates.

  • Most agencies require surrogates to be between 21-42 years old, have at least one healthy child of their own, a BMI under 30, no smoking history, and good overall health. You can read our full list of requirements here.
